Interview with Nikolett Deutsch, habilitated assistant professor and head of the institute at Corvinus University of Budapest (BCE)
Deutsch Nikolettet, a Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem habilitált docensét és intézetvezetőjét kérdeztük az egyetemek és vállalatok közötti együttműködés kihívásairól és lehetőségeiről. Noha ezek a kapcsolatok kulcsszerepet játszanak az innováció és a gazdasági fejlődés előmozdításában, Magyarország ezen a téren elmarad más európai országokhoz képest. Az interjú során szó esik az akadémiai és üzleti szféra eltérő érdekeiről és működési kultúrájáról, a projektalapú oktatás előnyeiről, valamint azokról a strukturális és szemléletbeli változásokról, amelyek elősegíthetik a hatékonyabb partnerségeket. A beszélgetés rávilágít arra is, hogy a közvetítő szervezetek, a fiatal generáció és az ipari tapasztalatok integrálása miként járulhat hozzá egy fenntartható, eredményes együttműködési ökoszisztéma kialakításához.
We interviewed Nikolett Deutsch, habilitated associate professor and head of the institute at the Corvinus University of Budapest, about the challenges and opportunities of cooperation between universities and companies. Although these relationships play a key role in fostering innovation and economic development, Hungary lags behind other European countries. During the interview, we discuss the different interests and cultures of academia and business, the benefits of project-based education, and the structural and attitudinal changes that can facilitate more effective partnerships. The discussion will also highlight how the integration of intermediary organisations, the younger generation and industry experience can contribute to a sustainable and effective collaborative ecosystem.
